Cancellation and Refund policies

Any cancellation must be submitted in writing.

  • A 100% refund is given up to 30 days before the start of the course of the contracted period (less €150 for administration fee) .
  • A 50% refund is given up to 7 days before the start of the course of the contracted period.
  • The registration fee cannot be refunded if a cancellation is received after the deadlines established above.

Change or transfer of registration will incur a fee of €60 for administration fee.

Enrolments are personal and non-transferable.

Students who have requested an enrolment certificate in order to obtain a visa may only request a refund in accordance with the regulations they hace signed in the general Terms and conditions for Requesting Documents to Obtain a Visa.
