POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN Y DEVOLUCIÓN
- En el caso de que el/la estudiante decida cancelar el curso/periodo contratado ANTES de su comienzo, el Centro Superior de Idiomas de la Universidad de Alicante realizará las siguientes devoluciones:
- Si la petición de cancelación se realiza por escrito 30 días antes del inicio del periodo contratado: devolución del 100% menos 60 euros por gastos de gestión.
- Si la petición de cancelación se realiza por escrito 7 días antes del periodo contratado: devolución del 50%.
- Las peticiones de aplazamiento de matrícula se realizan por escrito antes del periodo contratado y conllevan 60 euros de gastos de gestión.
- Las matrículas son personales e intransferibles.
Devolución por motivos académicos
El Centro Superior de Idiomas de la Universidad de Alicante requiere de un número mínimo de alumnos para abrir un grupo. Si ese mínimo no se alcanza, el centro ofrecerá soluciones alternativas. En el caso de que estas no fueran satisfactorias para el estudiante, CSIUA devolverá el importe del curso. Esta medida no se aplica a matrículas asociadas a visado de estudios.
CANCELLATION BY THE STUDENT ON GROUNDS OF FORCE MAJEURE
As a general rule, cancelling a course’s registration, cancelling an activity’s registration, or cancelling the accommodation application will not imply being reimbursed of the amounts paid. Only due to decease or severe illness or accident will students be entitled to the reimbursement of the proportional part of the service which they will not be provided for.
CANCELLATION BY THE CENTRE ON GROUNDS OF FORCE MAJEURE
If the Language Centre cancels a service, students will be informed as far in advance as possible and the complete amounts paid will be reimbursed to them through the same form of payment used.
INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with current legislation (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and LSSI), the interested party has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without providing any justification. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (Article 103):
The supply of accommodation services for purposes other than serving as housing, transport of goods, vehicle rental, food, or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance.
