Yes, but in order to participate in our activities, priority is given to students from Alicante University Language Centre or anyone else from Alicante University community.
All activities are subject to a minimum and a maximum number of participants.
Registrations are personal and non-transferable. You can sign up using the activity form on our website or through your Students' Area if you are a Spanish student or a student at the Lenguage Centre. Remember to sign up and pay before the registration deadline. Check the registration deadline.
You have several options: by credit card online when you register, by credit card at our offices at the Language Centre building, or by bank transfer (please indicate your full name and the activity you are registering for). You will always receive information about activities (timetable, meeting place, requirements, or tips) via the email address you provided on your registration form. Be sure to include an email address that you check frequently (see privacy and data protection policy).
If you notify us up to four days before the activity takes place, you will be refunded 80% of the amount paid, being the other 20% administration and cancellation fees. There are two exceptions: the trip to Granada (you must notify us at least 14 days in advance) and the cookery course (you must notify us at least 7 days in advance). No refunds will be made outside these deadlines or if you do not show up for the activity.
In the event of cancellation by the Language Centre, you will be refunded the full amount paid using the same payment method you had used for registration.
