All activities are subject to a minimum and a maximum number of participants.

Registrations are personal and non-transferable. You can sign up using the activity form on our website or through your Students' Area if you are a Spanish student or a student at the Lenguage Centre. Remember to sign up and pay before the registration deadline. Check the registration deadline.

You have several options: by credit card online when you register, by credit card at our offices at the Language Centre building, or by bank transfer (please indicate your full name and the activity you are registering for). You will always receive information about activities (timetable, meeting place, requirements, or tips) via the email address you provided on your registration form. Be sure to include an email address that you check frequently (see privacy and data protection policy).

According to the exception in Article 103 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and the LSSI, the refund for the activity will proceed as follows: if you notify up to four days before the activity takes place, 80% of the paid amount will be refunded, with 20% allocated to management and cancellation fees. There are two exceptions: the trip to Granada (must be notified at least 14 days in advance) and the Cooking Course (must be notified at least 7 days in advance). No refunds will be issued outside these deadlines or if you fail to attend the activity.

In the event of cancellation by the Language Centre, you will be refunded the full amount paid using the same payment method you had used for registration.
