• Number of participants: minimum of 8 participants, maximum of 20.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

In the event that the student decides to cancel the course/period contracted BEFORE it begins, the Language Centre of the University of Alicante will apply the following refunds:

• If the cancellation request is made in writing 30 days before the start of the contracted period: a 100% refund minus €150 administration fees.
• If the cancellation request is made in writing 7 days before the contracted period: a 50% refund.

No refunds will be issued outside the established deadlines.

Refund due to academic reasons

The Language Centre of the University of Alicante requires a minimum number of students to open a group. If this minimum is not reached, the centre will refund the full amount of the course.
